Tip of the Day: Looking forward to specific activities and excursions during your honeymoon? Book your favorites—like a morning catamaran ride, a couples massage, or a private dinner on the beach—for earlier in your stay. This gives you a cushion of time to reschedule in case anything goes wrong (e.g. the weather isn't great or you get a bad sunburn).

Tip of the Day: Wood décor items are gorgeous at spring weddings, especially when they’re paired with light-colored lanterns and just a few delicate spring flowers matched to the color of the lanterns. That makes the wood element stand out, and beautiful stenciling on the wood can say anything you wish, from a welcome to your wedding to party directionals, like ‘Ceremony This Way’ with an arrow. (Eco-friendly brides like to have their signs made using re-purposed wood!)

A Harry Potter Wedding Proposal

Harry Potter fans, you're going to love this sweet proposal story!

After meeting and falling in love in college, Jaquie, a Harry Potter fanatic, introduced Rachel to the wonderful wizarding world through endless movie marathons. When Rachel decided to propose, she knew she wanted to incorporate Jaquie's love of Harry Potter in the proposal. She came up with the idea to present Jaquie with a Quidditch set, where the Golden Snitch would open to reveal the engagement ring. Anthony Albano of CustomMade (remember the epic Star Wars engagement ring they created?) brought her vision to life by designing the incredible Quidditch set! Rachel even set up an indoor Quidditch pitch, complete with hooped goal posts.
