1. Fair Winds Fizz
1 1/2oz Grey Goose Vodka
Combine all ingredients in shaker tin. Add pellet ice and give a quick swizzle. Strain into a Collins glass and top with Perrier seltzer. Garnish with a brandied cherry wrapped in an orange peel speared on a Grey Goose pick.
2. Blush Slush Frosè
5 oz Frozen Rose
1 1/2 oz Chambord
1 oz cranberry juice
1/2 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
Add ingredients to a blender with a handful of ice. Mix until ingredients are fully incorporated. Pour into a pretty glass, garnish with a lemon peel and serve.
3. Filipiña Colada
15ml ginger syrup
30ml pineapple juice
45ml Don Papa 7
60ml coconut water
Combine in a shaker, pour over ice and garnish with a long pineapple leaf (and/or a ginger spear) along with chocolate bitters.
4. Ginger Zest Spritz
1 oz Belvedere Vodka Ginger Zest
3/4oz Lime Juice
1/2oz Honey Syrup
4 oz Soda Water
Build in spritz glass. Garnish with ginger and lime slices.
5. Chelsea Garden Cooler
50ml of Beefeater London Garden
15ml of fresh lemon juice
15ml of cloudy apple juice
15ml of homemade lemon thyme syrup
Thin slices of apple and a sprig of thyme
In a tall highball glass, pour 50ml of Beefeater London Garden gin over cubed ice. Add lemon juice, apple juice, and homemade thyme syrup. Add chillded soda water and top with garnish.
