Cheese Wheel Cake

"How about a groom's cake that tickles those savory taste buds? A cheese wheel cake is a great option for foodie grooms. Work with your local deli or cheesemonger to select cheese wheels in a variety of colors, textures and flavors, and stack them together. Yum!"

Tip of the Day: The industry standard is that you need one bartender per 75 guests. However, Heather Thomas from Heatherlily suggests using a 50:1 ratio instead. "There is a myriad of possibilities for the bar service. For example, you could have signature cocktails passed around, a full bar of just beer and wine, a specialty scotch bar, a champagne toast or red and white wine served at the tables during dinner. Playing it safe with an extra bartender or two will ensure that your guests won't have to wait long for a cocktail."
