Bridal Body Prep Plan: 4 Weeks to Go

It's time for Bridal Bootcamp! Follow this four-week program to get in the best shape of your life before the big day.

To Begin:

Each day, set your alarm just four minutes earlier and start your day with the 4-Minute Energizer Workout. If you're already a morning exerciser, use this as your warm-up and hit the assigned workout (below) right after. 

Drink up! Drink twice as much water as you usually do. Often, we mistake hunger for thirst, so every time you have a craving, chug a glass of water and then wait 15 minutes to see if the craving goes away. Bonus: Lots of water helps flush out fat and keeps your metabolism working on high! I recommend at least 2 liters of water per day; more if you’re active (yes, you’ll like need to visit the bathroom quite frequently, but take satisfaction in the fact that you are flushing it all out)!

ARfit Secret Tip: To burn more calories, try having a light energy-boosting snack before you hit the gym. It will give you more fuel to sustain a higher intensity workout, thus leading to greater results!

Start body brushing once or twice a week. Simply use a dry brush in the shower to exfoliate your skin and detoxify your lymphatic system.
