BRIDAL GUIDE "SCRAPBOOK TO WIN" SWEEPSTAKES. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The Bridal Guide Scrapbook to Win Sweepstakes ("Promotion") begins at 12:00 PM EST May 2, 2017 and ends at 11:59 AM EST July 17, 2017 (the "Promotion Period"). The Promotion is sponsored by Bridal Guide, 228 East 45 Street, New York, NY 10017 ("Sponsor"). All federal, state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited.
Eligibility: The Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Colombia who are 18 years or older. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, RFP Corp., Barcelo Hotels & Resorts or any of their subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives, broadcast stations, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
To Enter: To enter the Promotion, you must first create a Scrapbook at bridalguide.com and then complete an entry form that will ask you to submit the link to your Scrapbook. You must be a registered user of bridalguide.com in order to create a Scrapbook and enter the Promotion. Create your Scrapbook by going to bridalguide.com/myscrapbook and signing in to bridalguide.com. You can save photos and articles throughout bridalguide.com wherever the “save” heart icon appears upon mouseover.
To complete your entry, submit the link to your Scrapbook, along with your contact information on the entry form at bridalguide.com/scrapbooktowin.
Only one (1) entry per bridalguide.com user account is permitted during the Promotion Period. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry method can result in disqualification. Entries that violate any of these requirements, or are deemed not to meet any other entry requirements or are not suitable for public viewing for any other reason, may be deemed ineligible for purposes of the Promotion and may be void at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to determine in their sole discretion which entries have satisfied the entry requirements. Entries must be submitted in accordance with these Official Rules and must be received by Sponsor by 11:59 AM EST July 17, 2017. All entries become the sole property of Sponsor. No other method of submission will be accepted.
Selection: The winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about August 7, 2017, under the supervision of Bridal Guide magazine, the judges of the sweepstakes, whose decision will be final. By accepting the prize, winner agree to release Bridal Guide, RFP Corp., Barcelo Hotels & Resorts and participating affiliates, agents and employees from any and all liability, claims, injuries, actions or proceedings arising out of and/or sustained in connection with use, acceptance or possession of prize. Potential winner will be notified by email. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 5 days from the date the Sponsor first tries to notify him/her, and/or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to win the Sweepstakes or receive the prize, and an alternate potential winner may be selected. Potential winner may also be required to sign and return Bridal Guide’s Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability within 14 days of notification, or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be chosen. If the prize is not claimed or is returned as undeliverable, then Winner’s right to the prize shall be forfeited and the prize award will be void and an alternate Winner may be selected. A copy of the Bridal Guide Affidavit of Eligibility may be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope (VT residents may omit return postage), to Affidavit of Eligibility, Bridal Guide Scrapbook to Win Sweepstakes, 228 East 45 Street, New York, NY 10017. The number of eligible entries received will determine odds of winning. Limit one prize per family or household. If through a printing, production or other error more than one winner is notified for a prize, one winner will be selected in a random drawing from among those notified. Bridal Guide makes no warranties with regard to the prize. Prize is non-extendable, nontransferable, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash. There are no substitutions for the prize, except at the sole discretion of the sponsor. Bridal Guide reserves the right to substitute brand, make and model of products promoted. Bridal Guide also reserves the right to withdraw prize for any reason. Prize will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received.
Prize: (6) days and (5) nights for two adults in double occupancy Junior Suite room with all-inclusive package at the Barcelo Bavaro Grand Resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Total ARV of prize package is $3,500.
General Terms and Conditions: Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, incorrect, misdirected entries or prize claims. Sponsor is also not responsible for incomplete, interrupted, or scrambled transmissions, unavailable web sites, networks, servers, or systems, or other connection or transmission problems, technical malfunctions of the computer, software, web site, or any combination thereof, problems associated with any virus or other damage caused to any participant’s system or other problems of any kind, whether mechanical, electronic, or human. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend and/or cancel the Promotion or change any element hereof, with or without notice, at any time, due to printing, computer or network errors, or other mistakes in the production or operation of the Promotion. No correspondence regarding the Promotion will be engaged in by Sponsor except with the Winner and in response to requests for Winner’s Lists. All decisions of the Sponsor and judges are final and binding on all matters relating to the Promotion.
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules, and release Sponsor and its agents and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising out of their participation in the Promotion or with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize. The prize winner is responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and/or local laws and regulations, including, without limitation, the payment of all applicable taxes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify in its sole discretion any person tampering with the entry process, or who violates these Official Rules in any way.
Travel must be completed by May 31, 2018. Meals, gratuities, transportation, taxes, and all other expenses not specified herein as part of the prize are solely winner’s responsibility. Travel is based on availability, blackout dates apply, and some carrier and hotel restrictions may apply. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize. Winner and guest are responsible for all travel documentation and are responsible for all travel and security restrictions. Winner’s guest must be 18 or older. Sponsor is not responsible or liable in any manner if a winner is unable to accept or use all or any portion of the Prize due to failure to qualify or comply with these official rules or any law, regulation or other rules that apply to acceptance, receipt, or use of the prize.
Publicity Release: By participating in the Promotion, each entrant and their guest irrevocably grants Sponsor the right to use each such entrant and guest’s name, photograph, image, video, biographical information, in any and all media for any purpose, including, without limitation, advertising and promotional purposes and each entrant hereby releases Sponsor from any liability with respect thereto, except where prohibited. By entering this Promotion, each entrant and their guest grants Sponsor the right to utilize entrant and their guest’s contact information provided by entrant in the submission of their entry to contact entrant for any reason. Completion of the entry form constitutes assent to these written terms.
Additional Disclaimers: Sponsor expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with submissions. Sponsor does not permit infringing activities in the Promotion, and Sponsor will remove all submissions if properly notified that such submission infringes on another's intellectual property rights. Sponsor reserves the right to remove submissions without prior notice. Such submissions may be disqualified from the Promotion at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
Mailing Lists: Entrants agree that by entering the Promotion, they agree to add their contact information to the Bridal Guide and Barcelo Hotels & Resorts mailing lists, subject to Entrant’s right to thereafter opt out or unsubscribe to such lists at any time.
List of Winners: For a winners list, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope by August 31, 2017 to: Bridal Guide Scrapbook to Win Sweepstakes List of Winners, 228 East 45 Street, New York, NY 10017. Vermont residents need not include return postage.
