Retro-Fabulous Weekend in Cromwell, Minnesota
When we think of bachelorette parties, "timeless" isn't the first word that comes to mind, but this weekend getaway captures the nostalgia of a bygone era — the inspiration board features Marilyn Monroe in a white one-piece! — and girlhood friendship. "My Maid of Honor, Jill Olson, chose this theme. She thought it would be fun and great to look back on forever," said the bride, Ann Marie Violet Seurer.

Here's what the MOH had to say about the party on her blog, Simply Viewed: "There were bonfires, sunsets, laughs, cries, locals without teeth, more laughs, dance music, darts, catchphrase, sunshine, more laughs, a cozy cabin, and a private dock. All in all, it brought us so much closer together and made Ann’s wedding weekend even more of a great time." In addition, there were five other guests in attendance: friends Nicole Hafermann, Cassondra Meyer, Megan Bruzek and Sheena Lien; and Jessica Seurer, the bride's new sister-in-law.

Her favorite moment: "By far, my favorite part was the photo shoots. They were filled with silliness and laughter, which is exactly why I picked those girls to be my bridesmaids!" said the guest of honor.
