Tip of the Day: Instead of saving the top cake tier for your first anniversary, pre-cut it into 12 slices and freeze them. "Remove one slice each month on the date of your wedding. That way, you can celebrate all year long!" says Lori Maslowski, the director of catering at The Rittenhouse in Philadelphia.
