Iskra and four of her gal pals went to I Do, I Do, Bridal Salon in Morristown, New Jersey to try on gowns for the campaign. Justin Alexander hopes to encourage brides to say yes to a dress at a local salon, and create relationships with their local stores in the process.
In the campaign, Iskra tries on a number of gowns from the brand’s latest collection, which stays in-line with the brand's extensive size offerings, 2-32. Justin Alexander not only offers an array of sizes, but also does not up-charge for plus-size gowns – something unique to the brand. Below, Iskra shows off some of the collection’s highlights, while having the time of her life with her friends.
“We offer wedding dress designs crafted with all women in mind and are truly honored to play a part in helping brides around the world look and feel their best on their big day,” says Justin Alexander Warshaw, president and co-creative director of Justin Alexander.
“It’s important for brides to feel confident where they purchase their dresses,” said Warshaw. “And we feel the expertise and service given by our brick and mortar retailers in this Internet age needs to be recognized.”
"I was so excited when [Justin Warshaw] had the idea of creating the magical experience of a bride-to-be can have at her local bridal store with her besties," Iskra Lawrence posted to Instagram. "I’m proud to be part of a brand that creates a range of sizes for women and encourages the bride to know she’s already good enough and doesn’t need to change for her wedding day. Your partner loves you for who you are now let’s celebrate you."
