Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald are Married!

Her older sister Jill's wedding just aired this week on 19 Kids and Counting, but in real life, the Duggars were celebrating the nuptials of their third oldest daughter, Jessa!

Jessa and her fiancé of almost three months, Ben Seewald, tied the knot at the First Baptist Church in Bentonville, Arkansas. The bride wore a blush gown from Allure's modest line, featuring a beaded bodice of Swarovski crystals and pearls. After exchanging vows they wrote themselves, the couple exchanged their first kiss — after the ceremony.

"They wanted their very first kiss ever to be in private," the pastor, Mike Schadt, told People. "It was important to the both of them."

The pastor spoke to the crowd of more than 1,000 and informed them of the couples' decision to save that special moment for just the two of them. He then asked Jessa's parents, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, to kiss instead.

"So, now you've seen a Duggar kiss," Schadt said.

Following their private kiss, the couple joined their guests for the reception. Noticeably missing: a wedding cake! "I don't really like cake," the bride told People as she was planning the wedding. Instead, they opted for ice cream sundaes filled with brownies, caramel, candy, and cookies.

After courting for nearly a year, Seewald proposed in August. Soon after the engagement, it was announced that Seewald had moved into the Duggar family's guesthouse to do construction work for Jim Bob.

"Ben was living four hours away in Hot Springs with his parents," Jim Bob told People. "After Michelle and I were talking about it, we have so many projects to do that we need help for — everything from construction projects to keeping the grass mowed to putting roof on a building, paperwork and things like that — and we asked him if he would be interested in moving up here so that Jessa and his relationship could be really accelerated. He was all for it, and his parents were happy about it."

Having Seewald living closer certainly made planning the wedding much easier, which — despite the Duggar-sized guest list — was very simple.

"When you're planning a wedding, you can make it complicated or make it simple, and we are trying to make ours simple," she told People in September. "There are some things that have to be done right before the wedding, but for the most part, we're ready."

Congratulations to the Seewalds!
