There are simple methods that will allow you to reach (and stay at) your goal, without compromising your life. Who wants to give up socializing, dining out, and happy hours? No one that I know!

One simple way to ensure that you’ll be looking and feeling your best as your wedding approaches (OR as the bride to be) is to start incorporating more fiber into your diet. Fiber is one of the best tools for weight loss and weight management as it helps you to lose weight without hunger. Fiber is the zero-calorie, indigestible part of a carbohydrate that adds bulk to food. Because of this, high-fiber foods are voluminous, yet low in calories—you can enjoy a large, delicious bowl of salad and non-starchy vegetables for about the same calories you’d consume in a small block of cheese.
