11 Couples from 11 Cities Getting Married on 11/11/11 in Disney World

Every year, Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings hosts more than 1,000 weddings. But the 11 weddings taking place on November 11 will be the first time that the number of weddings coincides with the wedding month, date, and year.

“Our couples have always loved sequential number wedding dates and we are already beginning to hold space for 12/12/12,” said Korri McFann, Worldwide Marketing & Business Development Director, Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings & Honeymoons. “Couples have even moved venues to make sure their wedding stays on one of these very special dates.”

Here, meet five of the couples who will be celebrating their nuptials in Disney World tomorrow on this very special day that happens only once in a lifetime.

Danielle Seymour and Chris Thibodeau, of Gibsonia, Pa. and Amherst, N.H., were engaged in front of Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom. They chose Nov. 11 as their wedding date in honor of Thibodeau’s grandparents’ 56th wedding anniversary.

Robin Walker and LeeAnn Prihoda, of Suwanee, Ga., got engaged at the Magic Kingdom under a canopy of fireworks during "Wishes" nighttime spectacular.

Cheryl Stanilonis and Matthew Greaves, of Jacksonville, Fla., picked 11/11/11 because Stanilonis has always made a special wish every day at 11:11, and after years of collecting Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings videos, her wish is coming true.

Christopher Douros and Holly Bray, of Salt Lake City, Utah, chose Nov. 11 as their wedding date because it falls just days in between both of their birthdays, adding another special celebration to that November week.

Eric Gocinski and Melanie LaValley, of Orlando, Fla., met four years ago while working at Disney’s Hollywood Studios as cast members. They chose the date in honor of LaValley’s birthday on Dec. 11. "Since we made our first memories together at Disney, there’s no better place to take this new step in our lives together than the happiest place on earth," said LaValley.
