Tip of the Day: "I've seen time and time again where brides and grooms completely forget to send out thank-you notes after their wedding. I know that the entire marriage process can be very overwhelming and draining, but it's SO important to thank your friends and family for attending your event, and in a timely manner (two months after, tops)," says Tiffany Siladke of A Splendid Occasion.

As you open each gift, grab a pen and paper and jot down who it was from and what it includes. The same goes for bridal showers and other pre-wedding parties as well. Having this information handy will make writing thank-you notes easier because you'll be able to personalize them by elaborating on each gift and how much you loved it.
