Nancy and Dylan first met while helping their friends throw a Mixed Martial Arts event. "I approached him, we talked briefly, got a picture together after about five minutes of talking (crazy!), and then didn't talk until a month later at another MMA event," said Nancy.
After four years together, Dylan proposed during a trip to Las Vegas with their friends to celebrate Nancy's 30th birthday. "My sister actually asked me if I thought Dylan would pop the question while down there, and I said no, absolutely not," said Nancy. But on the night of her 30th birthday, he asked Nancy to marry him in front of their ten closest friends. "I called my mom, screaming into the phone because of the music, to tell her that I got engaged. She thought I was calling to tell her I won the jackpot!" said Nancy.
