There are "plenty of fish" in the sea, but once Danielle Wildstein (formerly Prussin) and Erik Wildstein met on an online dating site by the same name, they knew their search for love was finally over. The executive personal assistant and insurance brokerage exec instantly felt a connection and dated for a year and a half before Erik reeled her in for life. He proposed at Natirar, a grand 90-acre estate in Peapack, New Jersey.
In between dinner and a tour, they went to a park bench where he presented her with a tray made from an old oak tree, which contained champagne, glasses, a card, and an engagement ring that belonged to Danielle's grandmother.
“I was totally surprised! It was romantic and intimate – exactly what I wanted,” recalls the bride. The couple celebrated the momentous occasion at dinner and spent the night at the historic Bedminster Inn.
