Wedding Inspiration: Spreading Hope With Paper Cranes

-AS SEEN IN BRIDAL GUIDE MAGAZINE-

"Inspired by their cultural heritage, Erin & Cory incorporated abundant florals and paper cranes to honor their Hawaiian and Japanese roots," says Tyler Speier, event planner, designer, florist at Tyler Speier Events. "Our goal: a classic garden wedding with cultural elements woven throughout. It was so inspiring to see this design come to life."

Tyler created a flower-lined aisle leading to a striking ombré floral arch.

A tumble of garden roses, dahlias, delphinium, peonies and more.

Guest favors — gourmet chocolates — awaiting consumption.

A fireplace and chandelier adorned with floral-studded vines.

The tables were set with ivory velvet linens, patterned china, gold flatware and white paper cranes (reflecting the pink cranes above).

The sweetheart table dressed in a cavalcade of blooms.

Guests enjoyed a family-style dinner beneath an installation of paper cranes hand-folded by the bride and groom.

Centerpieces of dahlias, ranunculus, garden roses and textured greens.
