Wedding Inspiration: Spreading Hope With Paper Cranes

A flock of 1,001 paper cranes served as a cultural touchstone for this sunny celebration held in downtown Santa Barbara, California.

"Inspired by their cultural heritage, Erin & Cory incorporated abundant florals and paper cranes to honor their Hawaiian and Japanese roots," says Tyler Speier, event planner, designer, florist at Tyler Speier Events. "Our goal: a classic garden wedding with cultural elements woven throughout. It was so inspiring to see this design come to life."
