“Our overall design concept was to infuse color and modernity into a rustic vineyard setting,” says Jen Bergmark of First Pick Planning. Here, a tailored loveseat anchors a seating vignette.

Bottles of wine served as invitations.
“Sofas and chairs upholstered in soft, natural shades of linen and burlap allowed the bright yellow, blue and green details to come alive,” says Bergmark. The cocktail area featured a cozy lounge area.
“The design goal was a fresh, modern take on rustic — a theme we carried throughout, pairing wooden farmhouse tables with clear ghost chairs and mixing roses and mums."
White lanterns with sunny blooms accented by eucalyptus leaves, by Christina Cruz of The Events Boutique, perfectly complement the colorful place settings.
Thank-you tags affixed to vintage goblets.
Guests enjoyed colorful treats by the Solvang Bakery.
A five-tiered wedding cake, also by Solvang Bakery, is topped with the word “Amor” (love) and two soccer balls that speak to the couples’ love of the sport. And guests placed cards for the couple in the ribbon-bedecked gift-card box by Oksana Lanis, at Details by Oksana (who also created the invitation labels, menus and thank-you tags).
