A few years after meeting on a blind date, Zach surprised Stephanie with a heartfelt proposal in their flower-filled backyard. The sunny California-based couple, both of whom work in the TV industry, chose a winter wedding at the St. Regis Deer Valley. “We decided over a bottle of wine one evening,” Stephanie said. “A celebration in the mountains sounded charming, unique and would give our guests a chance to ski and snowboard.”
