Sasha and Nkem met during a work social event, dating for three and a half years before Nkem asked Sasha to spend the rest of their lives together. Little did Sasha know, the two would be following in the footsteps of royalty, with a wedding themselves. After a romantic meal, the waiter brought in a silver plate with a cloche and when Nkem opened it, there was a little box inside. Nkem stood on one knee, and eight months later, the pair married in an intimate ceremony among their closest family and friends at the Carlton House Terrace, overlooking St James Park in London.

The pair opted for traditional Westminister vows: I give you this ring – as a symbol of my love and commitment – now and always.
