This fabulous 100-room resort is comprised of over-water bungalows, built on stilts out over the gorgeous fish-filled lagoon. (Rooms come with snorkeling gear, but let’s be honest: The water is so clear you don’t really need it.) Order the Champagne breakfast, and rowers will bring your feast — of coconut bread, poisson cru (fish marinated in coconut milk and lime), fruit salad and fresh pineapple juice — to your door by outrigger canoe. Enjoy the meal breakfast on your private terrace, in full view of Mount Otemanu, or in bed, which has the benefit of being a “clothing optional” hot spot.
