What better way to get inspiration for your big day than from couples who have already been through the process? Here, we rounded up a few of our favorite ideas from real weddings, featuring gorgeous gowns from Maggie Sottero Designs

1. Adorable Ring Bearers
Ring bearers in cute ensembles always manage to steal the scene! We love how bride Lakisha transcended vintage fashion in her romantic blush Maggie Sottero gown, Style Serencia and dazzling headpiece, with her groom's classic three-piece suit and ring bearer's timeless page boy outfit.

Bride's most memorable moment: "It was everything I imagined it to be, being a blushing bride in my beautiful Maggie Sottero gown!"

2. Including a furry family member
Whether it is your dog, cat, horse, or llama we can't help but smile when we see pets in weddings. With the help of her fur baby Lulu, bride Ashley shows off the scalloped illusion back of her Sottero & Midgley gown, Style Wyatt

Advice from the bride: Use wedding planning as a bonding experience for you as a couple. "Since we just moved to Colorado, we didn't have friends or family around to help. Mark, as the groom was so incredibly helpful and supportive every step of the way. It was he who actually helped find our venue!"

3. Unique Bouquets
Bride Christina's bouquet was handmade by her aunt from pages out of Shakespeare book pages and included pins from different women in her family. Her lace Maggie Sottero gown, Style Saffron, perfectly matched her rustic-chic wedding theme.

Advice from the bride:  Don't be afraid to DIY. "Every place you looked, there was a small touch from someone in my family or that spoke to us as a couple. I loved the intimacy and details that went into it. My husband and I had a lot of fun planning all of those details."

4. Breathtaking Backdrops
Whether you're hosting a wedding away or your hometown is scenically beautiful, an easy way to amp up the romance in your wedding photos is by taking them at a naturally gorgeous location. Bride Jessica is wearing Style Deirdre from Maggie Sottero, a beautiful yet oh-so-comfortable wedding gown perfect for a destination elopement.

Advice from the bride: If you are planning a destination wedding, make sure your dress can stand up to the travel. "My dress had to be packed in my carry-on due to limited cabin space. I cringed upon unpacking my crumpled up garment bag and warmed up my gown steamer. But to my surprise, it looked perfect. I didn’t even touch it! The photos show the gown after a 10-hour flight and 7-hour drive! Maggie Sottero can travel like a pro!"

5. Fun send-offs
From bubbles to sparklers and confetti to balloons, giving your guests a fun prop to release as you exit your ceremony or reception adds a whimsical touch to your wedding photos. Bride Katie made a stunning entrance and exit in the crystal-encrusted Style Lisette from Maggie Sottero

Bride's most memorable moment: "I kept my dress a complete surprise from everyone — including my bridesmaids and close friends. My favorite moment was revealing the dress to my bridesmaids and then to all of our friends and family as I walked down the aisle."
