Another fun idea for cheese — create a cheese forest! Layer multiple varieties of cheese on each tree to make it more interesting.; this version uses manchego, Monterey Jack, and cojita.

Perfect for dessert: an all-white vanilla milkshake, accented with a sugar snowflake.
