Spotlight Collection: Wilton Armetale

The must-have finishing touch celebration — 50th Anniversary of Armetale® Metal.

Wilton Armetale® products originated on a foundation of the Wilton family’s foundry experience in York County, Pennsylvania.

From 1892 until the early 60’s, the Wilton foundry produced brass and iron products for various industries. Then, in 1963 Ralph “Bud” Wilton, lifelong foundryman, purchased a restaurant in New York City. This visionary developed an aluminum based metal serveware with the look and feel of pewter, yet sturdy enough to withstand the rigors of everyday restaurant use. Extensive research and development resulted in what is known today as, Armetale® Metal. The beautiful designs enhance the look of any occasion that are food-safe, non-toxic metal on which you can cook, chill, grill and serve right to the table.

Wilton Armetale® commemorates its 50th Anniversary by introducing the Flutes & Pearls™ Heart Dish pictured here. It is cast with a special “50th” touch mark embossed on its underside.

This beautiful yet functional limited edition serving piece is sure to become a collector’s item. See more Wilton Armetale® serveware choices in this special bridalguide.com Bridal Bests section and find one that reflects your distinct style.
