Tip of the Day: If someone assumes they’re invited to your wedding, but they haven’t made the cut for your guest list, call them to say, “I’m so sorry, but we had to make difficult choices due to our venue's space.” That’s not something they can argue about, and works better than citing your budget. They’ll be disappointed and embarrassed that they assumed, so be gentle and apologetic, but don’t get talked into inviting them.
