To New Yorkers Nicole Fields, a buyer, and Evan McCulty, a banker, the idea of marrying on a romantic old estate or on the grounds of an old Victorian home was alluring. The two were thrilled when they found Cairnwood, an estate in Bryn Athyn Pennslyvania, built in the 1890s.
