As if plush accommodations, a top-rated spa and impeccable service weren’t enough, the Four Seasons Maui at Wailea has raised the bar even more with its recently completed property-wide renovation. The extensive project, which took nine months to complete, has infused the high-end beachfront resort with innovative technology, including hotel-wide WiFi access and giant, flat-screen, high-definition TVs and iPod docks in every room. There are even environmentally progressive cleaning facilities and electrical systems. In addition, each of the resort’s 380 suites and guest rooms has been completely revamped with luxurious bedding, plush carpets and spacious marble bathrooms. And more than 280 pieces of original native artwork, such as feather leis, missionary-style quilts and historic wooden vessels, are scattered about the hotel’s public spaces.
