Heaven Scent

These colorful fragrances, contained in a myriad of charming shapes, are sure to delight the senses.

TOP: Reminiscent of days at the beach and sun-kissed skin, L by Lolita Lempika is a cheerful fragrance of bitter orange, cinnamon and vanilla. Its aquamarine-colored bottle features a whimsical gold net, filled with ocean-inspired treasures. Influenced by the scent of Parisian roses, Lancôme’s luxurious Mille et Une Roses has just three notes: Absolute Damascus Rose, amber and musk. Sounds simple, but an intoxicating, sensual bouquet is the mysterious result. Délices de Cartier Eau Fruitée, a cheeky scent with undertones of sandalwood, boasts a hand-carved raspberry, fuchsia and champagne-hued bottle with a floral-shaped stopper.

BOTTOM ROW, FROM RIGHT: Nouvel Amour from Ajne Parfumerie & Apothecary, a synthesis of pink grapefruit, Bulgarian heirloom roses, Himalayan liquid amber and Madagascar vanilla, is said to strengthen the heart chakra. The bottle is adorned with intricate gold filigree. Bluebell eau de toilette by Penhaligon’s evokes a woodland grove filled with the scent of this sweet flower, the symbol of everlasting love. Hyacinth, lily of the valley, jasmine, rose and cyclamen are other enchanting elements. Summersent, an ethereal fragrance from Marjorie Midgarden Fragrances, has notes of mandarin, musk and honey nectar and glows in a vintage-looking bottle. A butterfly stopper tops Mariah Carey’s fragrance, M, a symphony of marshmallow, patchouli and Moroccan incense. The Tahitian tiare flower, the heart of the fragrance, is the inspiration for the bottle. Muse by Oilily is light and romantic, perfect for today’s bride. Top notes of lemon, blackberry and red apple give it zing, while its musky base adds a bohemian undertone.
