How to Word the Wedding Invitation If Divorced Parents are Hosting

Q: My divorced parents are both hosting my wedding, along with my stepfather, my mom’s husband. How should the invitations be worded to include all of them?

A: Your mom and stepfather should be listed first, followed by your dad:

Mr. and Mrs. Gregory Jones
and
Mr. Jonathan Rogers
request the honour of your presence
at the marriage of
(your name), etc.
