My fiancé and I met when we were both 15. We were friends for a few years and soon we figured out we were meant to be more. I had just graduated...

I had just graduated from college and wanted to celebrate with him and my family; no matter how I tried to make arrangements, he said he had to work and would not be there.

The day we chose to celebrate was a week prior to my LSAT exam and I worked all morning and studied the rest of the day. I was angry with him, hungry, and in general mad at everyone, since it was supposed to be my special day and no one seemed to care. My best friend dropped me off at the restaurant where I was supposed to meet my family and I ended up there alone.

I called my mom, my dad, and my brother and no one picked up. I waited for like 15 minutes and then went up to the hostess and asked for a table. What I didn't realize is that there were a ton of people standing all around me and yet she told me to wait just one minute. As she was bringing me into the dining room I was following and totally not understanding.

The bigger half of the restaurant was decorated in all white, the floor was covered in rose petals and chocolate Kisses, and by this beautifully decorated table is my boyfriend on one knee holding a box. My first reaction was funny even to me; I asked him what he was doing there and why he wasn"t at work... Needless to say, after that he said, "Now that I have kissed the ground you walk on, will you marry me?" (a reference to the chocolate Kisses on the ground). Of course I said yes right away and we are now getting married on July 7, 2007.
