hello ladies.
I was wondering if anyone has started peeking at their registry or if its taboo or something? i find my self being more tempted the closer to my shower and wedding date. I actually peeked once and kind of felt guilty.

I used to look at my registry all the time right up until my wedding! I don't think it's taboo -- I have never heard of this! It's too much fun to give up ...

Don't worry, I think peeking is part of the fun. Maybe try not to see WHO bought you the present, so you will still be suprised when they give you the gift. But what's wrong with seeing what you got? I have been doing this, I can't resist it, and ALL of my friends who have gotten married did it! One checked hers like every day, no kidding. It's all part of the excitement, I think.

I think it's totally fine to peek, that's half the fun! Don't feel guilty!

It is absolutely fine to peek. Besides.....you do need to know what you are getting for planification purposes  . Good fun.

I was a peeker!!! lol I looked and even tried to "guess" who had gotten what present... I was completly and totally wrong. But here is one lesson I did learn...
I registered for a vacuum and it was the first thing someone bought me. I was very excited because I REALLY needed it. Well, it never came. I waited and waited and waited and I never got it. I went through all of my showers and it wasn't there. It wasn't at the wedding... finally I got it after the wedding, but I was wondering about it all that time

I did the exact same thing -- I peeked and tried to guess who had bought me what and I was totally wrong too!
