Canvas on Demand
I’m a photo junkie—we’ve established that. My office has more photos up than most people have in their homes. So you know I was over the moon when I received an email from Nicole Vance (of adVance Public Relations) offering to turn one of my photos into a customized canvas from Canvas On Demand.
Let me give you the how-to rundown before I gush about why I really love this company. Basically, the brains behind this operation—Tom and Joe, who I’ll get back to later—figured out a way to make personal photos into gallery-worthy works of art. It’s quick and super easy: Go to canvasondemand.com, upload your fave photos, choose what style and size you want, and your canvas will be shipped in 2-3 days. You can choose stretched canvas (like I did) or a gazillion different framing options. If you don’t love it, and I mean tears-in-your-eyes-love-it, they will redo the entire job. They are that kind of company.
Looks just like a traditional oil painting! |
Now here's the back story that really won me over...Tom and Joe apparently epitomize the guy that you want to bring home to the 'rents. Both of their fathers were businessmen ( the old school, honest kind) and both sons followed suit. A dose of fate brought them together at just the right time, and voila! Canvas on Demand was born. There have been many ups and downs in the process, but somehow they found the right formula to make an amazing product that caters to the buyer...aka you and me! Here is the kicker: the boys witnessed their FedEx rep, Meghan, sitting in her car outside their office, and she was literally sobbing that her canvases were SO gorgeous. Ever since, they have treated customers as friends and have strived to elicit Meghan-worthy happiness.

A great way to display your wedding memories
My beautiful works of art |
Of course, I did my canvases of Molly but there are so many different things you can do. A trio of three fave wedding or engagement photos on a wall would make for a classy display, and if I were a bridesmaid, I'd love to get one of these as a gift. And you know your parents would be all over this. You're the bride and it's all about you. Now don't your pictures deserve the same star treatment? Cheers and happy photo-making!
