Wine & Champagne

This weekend the bride and I found the bridesmaids dresses...I think. She settled on the color "Wine" and this David's Bridal dress.

To brighten it up a little she wants to add a champagne sash and give me a champagne bolero sweater to set me apart, which I'm totally fine with because I have a thing about my arms. They're big and flabby, and I'd rather not show them off to a church full of people.

Hopefully the other girls like it, too. It's simple, not too expensive and it should look just fine on all of us. My friend watched 27 Dresses the night before, so the whole time we were pulling out dresses and joking around about how I could shorten them and use them again. I don't think I've used a bridesmaid dress again...at least not yet.

Afterwards we went to see the new Sex and the City movie. Although it's getting mixed reviews, I personally loved it. It was nice to see the girls again.
