Fabulous Favors for All

Favors are fun! They’re also an excellent way to incorporate your wedding theme and/or colors. Having a garden party? What could be better than to gift your loved ones with these absolutely adorable—yet elegant—handmade ladybug chocolates from Boule, the renowned L.A. patisserie. The best part, of course, is the taste—take it from this self-professed chocolate connoisseur! These delectables are made with dark chocolate and melt-in-your-mouth vanilla-and-pineapple ganache. For favors of the non-edible variety, check out the new line from wedding expert Sharon Naylor (she has more than 30 wedding books under her belt!), available online. I loved the Seashells scented gel candle, filled with real shells and starfish, for a beach wedding and the gorgeous glass olive oil bottle for an event with Tuscan flavor. And the price is right. Candles start at $2.25 each for 96 or more; and the olive oil, from $2.75 for 96 or more. Quite favorable!

Hi Valerie! I'm very excited for your blog. Even though I'm not planning a wedding I'm going to read this anyway because I enjoy your excellent writing and insightful advice. Good luck!
